We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our management team to partner with our executives in the development and management of competitive HR strategies and activities. We are a 64-person nimble, fast-growing team looking for someone to jump in, motivate and lead with empathy. The position reports to the Chief of Staff.


  • Collaborate with the executive team in creating organizational staffing goals supporting recruiting, talent development, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage all employee benefit programs such as health insurance, vacation, and retirement plans.
  • Evaluate group benefits, manage open enrollment for employees and assist employees with benefits selection and usage.
  • Advise the executive team on industry standards for compensation and ensures market alignment for employee compensation and retention
  • Create and manage the annual employee review program.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts, offer letters, onboarding procedures, and new-employee orientations in concert with the hiring manager.
  • Resolve employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with other managers to coordinate and improve internal training programs.
  • Actively develop strategies for employee development and retention.
  • Ensure maintenance of records relating to hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, attendance, discipline, performance, and schedules.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least five years of Human Resource experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred


  • Full-time, Exempt
  • Hybrid work – role is expected to spend the majority of time in the Louisville, CO office


  • Salary – $65,000 – $80,000 – based on experience
