Furthermore, special fee schedules for certain precious metals dealers no longer apply. All precious metals investors will now follow the same fees. Please contact our Precious Metals Asset Team for more information.
We will only issue and accept electronically signed NDTCO paperwork via DocuSign. We will continue to require handwritten signatures on our Transfer/Rollover Form (to bring money into your NDTCO account) and on transfer paperwork for other custodians (to move money from your NDTCO account).
Expenses inherent to your account-owned assets must be paid by the account. You may have directed bills or invoices to the NDTCO office accordingly. However, moving forward, please have any such bills or invoices sent to your mailing address.
Bills or invoices received by our office will be forwarded to your mailing address at a cost of $10.
We take the security of your accounts and of your personal information seriously. We therefore always encourage our clients to update account information as quickly as possible and whenever applicable.
