Introducing a New Way to Manage Your Fees Online!
Now live on myDirection®: An all-new way to view and manage your account fees!
On the left-hand side of your myDirection® dashboard, you will now see NDTCO Fees. Click to see a full list of your past and current invoices. If you have an unpaid invoice, the invoice number will appear as a link. Click the link and follow the prompts to pay the invoice (or multiple invoices if there are multiple open invoices).
Please also note the Fee Manager on the right-hand side of your screen. This field shows:
- Your current fee schedule model ("Quantity Based" or "Market Value Based"). Click the link to review our current Fee Schedule.
- Your billing month ("February" displayed in the example)
- Your payment method ("Fund from Account" or "Credit Card"). Click the link to update your payment method on file.
- A "Pay Now" link that allows you pay any open invoices.
You may also view your invoices by clicking Transactions in the left-hand column (just above NDTCO Fees) and choosing "Fees" from the dropdown menu near the top.
