Whichever annual fee you choose, our advanced online account portal includes FREE bill pay capability that allows you to easily and quickly make payments for things like taxes, insurance, HOA fees, etc. For added convenience, the tenants of your IRA-owned property can pay their rent online and directly into your account.

When using leverage (non-recourse loan) to purchase real estate, the mortgage must be kept as a separate asset. The fee difference is an additional transaction fee at the time of acquisition and 215/year for the loan until it is paid in full.

New Direction Trust Company account holders choose the dealer and depository that they want to do business with. Once you have selected the specific metals products to purchase, the dealer will submit an invoice to New Direction Trust Company. Funds from your IRA go to the dealer, and your IRA-owned metals are shipped to the depository.
Depository fees vary by facility. You may pay the depository fees from your IRA cash balance or out of pocket.
