Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by responding to inbound client inquiries and outbound client outreach when necessary. This role is a member of the Client Relations Department and reports directly to the Client Relations Manager.

  • Welcomes newly established clients to NDTCO via a Welcome Call - following the Department’s outlined process
  • Assists NDTCO clients via inbound/outbound phone calls, live chats, assigned tickets, emails, and in-person meetings; providing exceptional service and well-researched solutions
  • Coordinates with other Client Relations Specialists to ensure adequate phone coverage during business hours
  • Works with NDTCO staff by conducting outbound calls/emails when necessary
  • Works closely with Client Relations Manager to report work flow enhancements and educational/instructional material discrepancies or needs
  • Conducts all responsibilities with a focus on an exceptional client experience
  • Enters and updates tickets and contact records with notes pertaining to interactions with clients or internal staff (if it pertains to a client/ticket)
  • Works closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Actively pursues resolution for clients inquires and issues
  • Acts as the client advocate within NDTCO to ensure the client needs are addressed in a timely matter
  • When possible, acts as the host for clients that visit the NDTCO office

  • 1+ years experience in an inbound contact center role, preferably in financial services
  • Client service orientation focused on finding solutions to client issues/requests
  • A desire to find solutions for others; continuously seeking out ways to make the client experience better
  • High competency of verbal and written communication as well as active listening
  • Familiarity with qualified plans & IRC 4975 preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft 365 products
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
  • Strong work ethic with a professional attitude
  • Ability to use provided tools and resources to conduct in-depth research
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Complete required annual banking compliance courses (provided by NDTCO)

Full Stack Web Developer 

The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for all areas of Software Development life cycle, including coordination with application development team and platform leads. This position is a key role in the overall success of delivering to market, user-focused solutions to NDTCO’s B2C and B2B clients.

  • Work across full technology stack to deliver end to end solutions
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Follow internal procedures and coding standards
  • Implement new projects, enhancements, bug fixes and features in existing product solutions
  • Continue to learn and introduce emerging technologies to deliver effective solutions
  • Help create a collaborative team environment
  • Support deployment and release management activities
  • Offshore team coordination
  • Acts as the representative of technology in business development and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate technical discovery and definition of new projects
  • Work closely with senior management and the technology team to ensure proper resourcing for development projects
  • Ensure that development projects align to the defined software development and architectural standards
  • 3+ years of Application Development experience
  • Strong UX sensibilities and UI development capabilities
  • Self-motivated and organized with excellent communications skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution
  • A collaborative approach towards projects
  • Experience developing in a web framework
  • Building dynamic web apps using Angular, HTML5, JavaScript and Node.js
  • Good understanding of relational databases and security relating to SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Git, SASS/SCSS
  • Worked in Agile environment
  • Familiarity with responsive design
  • Build and consume custom SOAP and REST APIs
  • CSS3, jQuery, knowledge of Jenkins, Jira, Bit Bucket, AWS, Content Management System
